In my 17-year career tenure, I have managed billion-dollar brands and businesses for Nestle, Sazerac - the #1 most awarded distillery in the world - among others. I am driven to ask purposeful questions that drive clarity and collaboration. I have an undeniably strong bias towards action, priority setting and drive for results. I have demonstrated experience renovating multinational iconic brands, building category portfolio strategies, consistently delivering above target business results, creating long term business visions that focus the organization on a singular goal and building effective talent and teams.
My life's vision is to be a joyful servant leader who can help teams unlock business and personal potential, be a present and engaged parent and to find ways to continuously nurture her own personal growth and wellness needs. I am a Social Psychologist in training having received my Masters of Science in Applied Sociology from Clemson University and Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications from Miami University.
